I had some questions about the facilities, and they were quick to respond and provide all the information I needed. the room was cozy and had all the amenities I required, including a fully equipped kitchen. the bed was comfortable, and everything was in excellent working condition. the hotel is located in a lovely residential area, and the rooftop pool and gym were a great bonus. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, fixing any issues promptly.
